Product and size availability is not guaranteed at all times. Products or sizes may sell out at any time, especially during high-demand periods, sales, or limited drops.

All prices shown on the website are in Jordanian Dinar unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, products, or product details at any time without prior notice. This does not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless there is an obvious pricing or information error.

Orders and order acceptance

We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing or description errors, incomplete delivery information, inability to contact the customer, suspected fraudulent or fake orders, or other operational reasons.

Order cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or before we begin preparing it. We will do our best to process the cancellation if possible.

Once an order has been shipped or preparation has started, it may not be possible to cancel it immediately. In that case, the order will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at orders@dinarjor.com and include your order number and phone number.

Payment

We may offer different payment methods depending on the options available at checkout, including online payment or cash on delivery when available.

If you choose cash on delivery, please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct so the delivery provider can contact you. We may cancel the order if we are unable to contact you or confirm the order.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including full name, phone number, city, area, and delivery address. DINAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging or tags, unless there is a confirmed mistake or defect caused by DINAR.
