Shipping policy

At DINAR, we do our best to prepare and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping areas

We currently ship orders within Jordan.

If shipping to additional countries becomes available in the future, shipping options, delivery times, and fees will be shown at checkout.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, high-demand periods, limited drops, or sale periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your city, area, and the delivery service provider.

Most orders within Jordan are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days after processing. Delivery may take longer for some areas or during busy periods.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by DINAR, such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective item.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery may be available for eligible orders within Jordan. If available, this option will appear at checkout.

Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable so the delivery provider can contact you when needed.

Incorrect address or contact information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including full name, phone number, city, area, and delivery address.

DINAR is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional delivery fees caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed delivery attempts

If the delivery provider cannot reach you, or if the order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to DINAR.

In this case, additional delivery fees may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.

For order tracking, shipping updates, payment confirmation, or order-related questions, contact us at orders@dinarjor.com and include your order number and phone number.

Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, delays may happen because of circumstances outside our control, including delivery company delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, or incorrect customer information.
